This is a location that I would not have submitted, but I can see why you did. It looks like the homeowner’s property extends to the street, but I do see white low fencing, and this is on the road side of the fence.
Do you have evidence that this is not private property and that the homeowner had permission to install it there?

Little Free Libraries (LFL) can be eligible for nomination, but their location is critical to whether they can be accepted. Little Free Libraries with safe access on sidewalks outside of apartment buildings or on municipal or communal property are eligible.
