First I removed the name of the poster on the different media as they may not be comfortable about it their submission and name being posted here.
This seems a bit odd if it was in voting then has appeared with this rejection reason.

I just did a test batch of around 10 reviews. Only one that shouldn’t have got through to reveiwers, so maybe eMiLy is slightly awake?

Hi @TrungLatias this sound odd to me as well if a Wayspot submission in voting would be auto-decided by eMiLy. I am unable to track this Wayspot submission. Can you please share the address or lat/long. I can check on this.

Was the break used to add / remove features or was it just to improve what eMiLy already did?
Eg. The big one (and not 1 I would want) is the return of the ML Accepts.
A third possibility is that the break was unintentional and Niantic have been trying to get eMiLy back as [she/it] (*delete as preferred) was before without changing anything.
Emily learns and improves everyday. This break was unintentional.
