They are, a lot the poke stops in the park are memorials trees
. But they all have a plaque on them right on the ground and a lot of them been in the game from the beginning so they were new ones
These may not be restored, as again, memorial trees typically are not eligible. While this clarification talks about benches, it also applies to memorial trees.
Ok so I gotta find a different park to host meet ups instead???
Wayfarer has nothing to do with Campfire and/or PoGo. All Wayfarer does is provide the database map to the games, and each game has their own inclusion rules. I think this is something that you may have to decide about.
I asked about this on the ambassador program support and they told me to come to wayfarer thats why I came here for help .
I have a hard time seeing these memorial tree Wayspots being restored. While itās best to come here when you notice a removed Wayspot, there may be a reason behind the removal.
Staff may still respond to you and let you know if the Wayspots will be restored or not.
Ok
Hi, Iām not sure why there were two identical posts, but I have now merged them. The best thing you can do here is to wait for any feedback from staff.
We have excluded this location from PokƩmon GO at the request of the property owner.
Thanks,
Hi @BenitezzZzZ25
Your area might be effected by this known issue:
Since youāre
it could be helpful to ask the current management to reverse the property owner request.
Good luck and congrats to being a CA
Itās a public park public works is considered the owner of the park ??? ???
I am in touch with the park public works management team is there a way that the pokestops get relocated in the park ?? Rather than just removed them ???
Please have the director of Parks department or Park manager reach out to us directly through our help center.
My group keeps getting bigger over 600 players already since I became an ambassador but if we cant get stuff like this work out will have to step down from the game .. thanks ![]()
I understand your disappointment, but there is nothing we can do if the property owner requests removal of Wayspots. We have to honor their request.
As Ambassador for your Community, you have the option to reach out to the park property management themselves to see where the disconnect happened. Locally, we lost play areas because people would trespass during closed hours, litter, and harass park staff. Maybe there was bad faith acting from community members that needs addressed. Maybe you can work out a āclosed hoursā with the park so that the POI get shut down after park hours.
Sounds a bit dramatic. Iām sure you can find alternative places to play.
Thatās why I find it odd cause in that area of the park thereās nothing.. just a wide open field.. and the park closes at 10 we never host events that late ![]()
Yeah who knows . I will talk to the park management and see if there is something I dont know ![]()
Is there an email that they can use to contact you guys directly and explain the problem??? I can give them the email myself
They can use this link.
