The reviewers and the person that did the appeal say that the nomination is inside the school but is not. There is a school next to the park but they are in no way connected, they are divided by a fence and the entrance to the park is way on the other side. Also i took the photo on the 30th of last months which was the day of rookidee comday which was a saturday, so how did i got in to take the photo if its inside a school? Also if you use the street view and got to the area where the school parking lot is and zoom in you can see the fence division and if you go to the area i marked on the screenshot of the map as the entrance you can see thr entrace there.

You can make video starting from the street all the way to playground and surrounding as proof. Upload it and post the link here. It will help confirm that its not part of school
The play area isn’t marked on OSM, but the park that contains it is a distinct entity on Google Maps (at 18.37911081075598, -65.85031927333233). However, comparing the two it does look like the circled area is in fact within the school boundaries.
OSM is usually quite accurate, although it can be manipulated (but you can see the last edit date). It’s not a definitive map, the city council or equivalent may have a publicly available mapping system.
I took a detour and was able to record from the outside all the way to the entrance and then in to the park and to where the playground it showing the fence dividing the school and the park with no opening that connects them.
Staff may not always reverse an appeals team decision, but they have asked us to post here when we do disagree.
Right now, it’s possible that they need more proof of the boundaries of this area, but the only one that can be found online is from OSM, and a video doesn’t prove boundaries, unfortunately. You may have to consider contacting the city or the school to see if you can get some more info about this park, and if it’s part of the school or not.
That seems like way too much work for something that will omly appear in a game and the video does shows boundaries since there is a fence with no gate connecting to the school. Even in the map it says Parque Comunal which translate to community park.
The video doesn’t show the official boundary with the city, just a boundary around the park, which is the fence. And anyone can add to Google Maps, so even with this being listed as a park doesn’t mean it might not be on school grounds; many schools have parks attached to them that can be used after school is out.
Unfortunately, it seems that more info is needed than just a video, and that info may be with either the city or the school.
Schools here dont work like that. Here only students and faculty can enter school propertie and when school is closed no one can enter the property. Schools here are like 6 hour prisons sorounded by fences and a gate for for students and another gate for faculty, unlike in the US where the school is a building with open areas. That is why i hate people that dont know the area getting nominations from that area because they dont know anything about it. The same for me getting nominations from places in the US i barely know nothing about the US so i a lot of the times got to go by gut specially trails in the wilderness. how do i know the place is safe? How do i know it is there if there is no street view? I dont live there i dont know.
PR is a part of the US, so you’ll get upgraded nominations from both PR and the US, as that’s how the system works. I’m in the northern US, and I get nominations from PR from time to time.
Even schools in the US vary, and most are off-limits to the public during school hours; some may have open house events from time to time, inviting the public to attend these, which are usually after school hours. Some schools are ok with others using their playgrounds during school hours, like for families with children not yet in school, or those that are home schooled. Some schools in urban areas might not even have much outdoor space.
Regardless, no official proof has been provided that notes this playground is not on school grounds. Wayfarer takes the safety and security of schools seriously, hence why they’re ineligible locations, so if official proof from the city or school can’t be provided, there might not be much that can be done to get this approved.
And like i said we are vastly different places cause if you crew up here you would know that every school be it public or private have no access to the public after hours or even during.

I understand your frustration because you’ve brought a tricky one and it looks like more work is needed.
The main problem is this picture shared by @shritwod in #4:
If this is the only map to find on the internet reviewers have no chance to accept this nomination because the playground is on school property.
Your shown fence all around gives the impression that the mapped boundary from OSM maybe isn’t up to date anymore.
So if the playground areal is newly official owned by the park property the playground will be a so called slam dunk nomination. But you need to find this piece of proof and bring it to the table.
And that is the problem. We have to rely on outdated maps, street view and even satellite view. I’ve review waypoint that dont appear on street view or satellite because they were under construction and when you see the street view they are from 5 to 6 years ago.
