VPS has never been a part of Wayfarer. Scans have always been a part of what is the new Spatial, as is Scaniverse.

In response to your question, that’s something we’re still working to solve and understand the complexity of that given the single map we know now will be going from 2 groups of map contributors to 1 group (Ingress Agents).

No idea yet, Scopely would need to add Pikmin comepletely to Wayfarer for that for me to keep both maps and be active in both.
We have several ambos who only have Ingress, I don’t know if they’d want to pick up another game

- IITC Map for Pokémon GO - unfortunately that is unknown at this time and will be up to Scopely to decide once the transition takes place. I’ll be sure to mention this as a request when it happens though. Great idea!
- Correct, Ingress contributions won’t show up in Pokémon GO, Ingress, or Monster Hunter Now and vice versa
- Re Pokémon GO nominations increasing is unknown and might not be determined until the dust settles.

When we have an issue with a Portal, we come here, such as rejected removal or restoration request.
With this forum now (I imagine) becoming only for Pokémon GO players who use Wayfarer, I wonder where Ingress players will go if they have issues in their new system as the Ingress forums shut off about a year ago.
Grateful unfortunately doesn’t cover the financial costs involved in bringing the wayspots across all games
Likely via the Niantic Spatial community, assuming Spatial doesnt spin up a new one
Will Ingress players who earned their upgrades and stacked them for whatever reason, be able to elect to transfer them to the new platform, or at least elect how many get moved across?

if the portals remain, what else do you expect? compensation has been 12 years of using the portals, and the time you’ve had the past few years benefiting from Overclocking plus badge progress for scanning. why do you think this announcement would lead to anything further?
