If you log in on the wayfarer website you should be able to see the rejection reason for each of the different submissions you did.
But based on what you describe I do not see these 4 promoting a great place to exercise, explore or be social at.
To be more specific:
street name signs are considered to be generic signature and not promoting any of the three wayfarer criteria. see also: Trails & Markers
A hairdresser is in most cases a generic business, unless there is something very exceptional about this one that makes it a great place to explore or be social at? see also: Generic/Non-Generic Businesses
The entrance of a villa still belongs to the property of the villa, which is very likely a single family private residential property, which is one of the first rejection reasons for wayspot nominations. Also the edge is part of that property and therefore not eligible, see also: Private Residences, Farmland & K-12
